As of 2025, a new state regulation has come into force requiring all organizations, without exception — including third-sector entities and small associations — to implement digital time tracking systems. The aim of this regulation is to ensure transparency and compliance with labor rights, and it entails the definitive abandonment of manual systems, such as paper sheets or Excel files.
This regulatory change represents a major challenge for many entities that, due to their nature or size, do not have the tools or knowledge to adapt quickly.
